Pitch & Tender Prep
Analyses a tender, RFP, or pitch opportunity and prepares the response strategy — what to emphasise, what to address honestly, and whether to bid at all.
01 What it does
Reads a tender, RFP, or pitch brief the way the buyer wrote it, and works out what they are actually asking for underneath the formal requirements — the criteria that will decide who wins, not just the ones on the checklist.
Cross-references the opportunity against your own positioning, offer, ideal-customer profile, and competitive field to find the win themes that genuinely fit, then surfaces the fit gaps honestly rather than papering over them.
Recommends where to lean in and what to proactively address, and pulls real proof — actual results and deliverables — that the response can cite. It can also give a clear-eyed read on whether the opportunity is worth bidding on in the first place.
02 What it produces
A pitch-prep analysis: the buyer's real priorities, the win themes to emphasise, the fit gaps to address, citable proof points, and a bid / no-bid recommendation.
03 Example
A team receives a 30-page RFP and wants to know how to win it. The skill reads the brief, identifies the three criteria that will actually decide the award, maps them against the team's strengths and weak spots, and returns a prep document that says which themes to lead with, which gap to address head-on, and which past results to cite as evidence.
