System

An audit tells you the state of something on the day it was read. A system keeps that answer current without anyone rerunning the work.

Why a report goes stale faster than it should

Nothing in an ad account stays still. A campaign stops, a feed drops out, measurement drifts past its tolerance, a conversion setting wanders from the bidding target. None of it looks like a failure from the dashboard, which is why it is usually found late.

We once found a stopped in-store campaign a week after it stopped. Weekly monitoring makes that the next day. That is the whole argument for the difference between a document and a system.

What lives here

  • Integrations — what we read from, and the terms we read on. We do not replace your stack.
  • AOS Cloud — the half you run yourself, where your own Claude Code or Codex connects to our system over MCP and asks it directly.

And then what?

This is where the ten levels cross from six upwards: ordered data, ordered context, and a memory of what worked, handed to the machine rather than to a person. Below six the work serves whoever is deciding. Above it, the same picture is handed over.

Six is the handover rather than the middle.
