13,538 Characters of On-Brand Product Copy, Generated in One Pass

A pet-food retailer needed category, meta, and product descriptions rewritten at volume — SEO-optimized, brand-aligned, and in the local language. AOS produced 13,538 characters of on-brand keyword-aligned copy in a single generation pass, stopping deliberately short of touching the live webshop.

01 Ground

A pet-supplies e-commerce retailer was sitting on a catalogue of category, meta, and product descriptions that were either thin, inconsistent, or not optimized for the terms shoppers actually use. Rewriting them by hand is exactly the kind of high-volume, low-glamour work that never gets prioritized — so it stays undone, quietly costing organic visibility across hundreds of pages.

Volume copy has two failure modes that pull against each other. Optimize hard for keywords and the writing turns into robotic, stuffed text that reads badly and converts worse. Write for the brand voice alone and you lose the search alignment that was the whole point. Doing both, at scale, in the brand's local language, is the actual hard part.

There was also a clear line that must not be crossed: generation is welcome, but auto-publishing rewritten copy straight into a live webshop is not. A bad batch pushed live silently could damage hundreds of product pages at once, so the task was explicitly scoped to produce the texts, not to upload them.

02 Decide

AOS produced the copy at volume in one pass, holding the line between SEO and voice rather than sacrificing one for the other: keyword alignment came from the search data, while register, terminology, and tone came from the brand's own intelligence — so the descriptions read like the retailer wrote them and target the terms buyers search.

It worked in the brand's local language throughout, which for an e-commerce catalogue is non-negotiable — translated-feeling product copy is an immediate trust and conversion leak in a shopper's native market.

And it deliberately stopped at generation. The output is a reviewable batch of texts, not a live mutation of the storefront. That gating is the safe default for high-volume content: a human approves before anything reaches a customer-facing page, and the known gap — getting these into the webshop — stays an explicit manual step rather than a silent automated risk.

What this might get wrongThis run generates the descriptions only; uploading them into the webshop is a known open gap and remains a manual step, so the texts must be reviewed and placed by a person before they go live.

03 Deploy

13,538 characters of category, meta, and product descriptions, SEO-aligned and written in the brand's voice in the local language.

A single-pass batch sized for volume rewriting across many pages at once.

A draft-only deliverable that stops short of the live webshop, leaving publication as a deliberate human step.
