Plan Databoards
Designs a client's full dashboard suite from their brand intelligence, checks data-source readiness against the live analytics account, and emits ready-to-paste dashboard-builder prompts.
01 What it does
Designs the measurement infrastructure a client needs by reading their brand intelligence — what they sell, who they sell to, the health of each strategic layer, and the revenue KPIs that follow — and translating it into the dashboards that will track the things that matter.
Checks each planned dashboard against the live analytics account to confirm the underlying data sources are actually connected and ready. It never claims a connector is present without verifying, and when the analytics platform is absent it degrades to an unverified plan with the data gap flagged.
Produces ready-to-paste prompts for the analytics platform's own dashboard-building assistant, so the designed suite can be stood up quickly rather than hand-built panel by panel.
Outputs a single databoard plan that becomes the blueprint the measurement loop later reads — connecting dashboard design directly to the results-reading stage of the engagement.
02 What it produces
A databoard suite design mapping each dashboard to the metrics and business needs behind it

03 Example
A client has analytics connected but no coherent reporting. The skill reads their offer and strategic priorities, designs a dashboard suite around their real revenue drivers, confirms which data sources are live, and hands back builder prompts that stand the boards up in minutes.
