Discovery Package Builder
The bridge from scattered client documents to a loop-ready knowledge base — it imports and classifies existing material, runs a structured intake for what is missing, and confirms the foundation is ready for brand and strategy work.
01 What it does
Takes the messy reality of a new engagement — a folder of existing client material plus everything that lives only in people's heads — and turns it into an organized, ready-to-use client knowledge base. It imports what the client already has, classifies each piece by type, and files it into the right working zones.
Where the existing material has gaps, it runs a structured discovery intake to capture what is missing, so the picture is complete rather than partial. It then seeds and enriches the core client profile from that intake.
Finally it confirms readiness: it produces a summary and a readiness check so you know the foundation is solid before any downstream brand-building or strategy work begins. It is the deliberate first step that prevents later work from being built on incomplete context.
02 What it produces
Imported and freshly-discovered material, classified and filed into typed working zones
A seeded and enriched core client profile
A discovery-package summary with an explicit readiness check
03 Example
A consultant inherits a client with documents scattered across drives, decks, and old briefs, and no single source of truth. This skill imports all of it, sorts each item by type into the right zone, then runs an intake to fill the obvious gaps — the ideal customer, the offer, the positioning that nobody had written down.
The result is a single, organized knowledge base with a readiness check confirming it is complete enough to build a brand profile on top of.
