Content Review Gate
The quality gate before a piece of content moves from draft to in-review or published — checks it against the brand profile, the messaging contract, and completeness, then issues a PASS, REVISE, or BLOCK verdict.
01 What it does
Acts as the quality gate that a content piece or deliverable must clear before it advances. It checks the artifact for voice and positioning adherence against the brand profile, alignment with the relevant messaging and pillar contract, and basic completeness, then issues a clear PASS, REVISE, or BLOCK verdict with a checklist explaining why.
When the verdict is REVISE, it runs an autonomous revision loop — re-drafting and re-reviewing the piece until it reaches PASS, hits a structural blocker, or reaches an iteration cap — instead of bouncing every small fix back to a person.
It also closes the learning loop: corrections from a REVISE or BLOCK feed back into the brand foundations, and when a piece is marked client-accepted, its winning voice and structure flow back into the voice profile and the reusable pattern library so future drafts start better.
02 What it produces
A review report with the verdict and a checklist of what passed and what didn't.
Recurring quality findings and failure patterns worth carrying forward, recorded only when genuine.
Proposed, user-confirmed updates to the brand voice, positioning, audience, and messaging foundations, plus accepted-piece patterns fed into the pattern library.
03 Example
A blog draft is marked ready to ship. The skill checks it against the brand voice and positioning, flags that the closing call-to-action drifts into first person where the voice contract calls for third, returns a REVISE verdict, auto-fixes and re-reviews the piece to PASS, and proposes a small clarification to the voice profile so the same slip doesn't recur.
